Josh Bunch – Owner
Josh has built his career from the ground up, starting as a commercial tile installer in the Dallas–Fort Worth area before founding Texas Tile Supply. His installation portfolio includes some of the region’s most recognized projects — from Cowboys Stadium and American Airlines Arena to corporate headquarters like BNSF Railway. That background gives him a unique perspective as both a craftsman and a supplier. He understands firsthand the challenges contractors face on large-scale projects, from tight deadlines to the need for reliable products that perform. As an entrepreneur, Josh brings that knowledge into every decision, making Texas Tile Supply a trusted partner for builders, remodelers, and designers across the Big Country. When he is not growing the business, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and staying connected to the Texas roots that inspire everything he does.
Galen Van Allen – Director of Operations
With a strong background in construction and design, Galen oversees the day-to-day operations of Texas Tile Supply. His focus is on making sure customers not only get the right materials but also feel confident in their selections. Galen is known for his eye for detail, his problem-solving mindset, and his ability to find solutions that simplify tough projects. He takes pride in building lasting relationships with customers, whether they are contractors needing bulk orders or homeowners tackling their first remodel. Beyond the showroom and warehouse, Galen is a dedicated family man and lifelong railfan — ask him about trains and you will see his face light up.
Jesse Sorenson – Customer Support & Logistics
Jesse is the heartbeat of Texas Tile Supply’s customer service and logistics. Before joining the team, he spent years as a commercial tile installer, working on large-scale projects including hospitals and corporate headquarters for Fortune 500 companies. That first-hand experience gives him a sharp understanding of what customers need from both products and service. Known for his can-do attitude, Jesse does not just solve problems — he anticipates them, keeping projects on schedule and customers at ease. Around the shop, he is the guy who makes things happen, whether that is getting an urgent delivery out the door or helping a client work through tricky material requirements. Outside of work, Jesse is a proud family man who loves spending time with his kids and grandkids. He is also a passionate football fan — and while his loyalty lies with the New York Giants, his Texas coworkers give him a pass (mostly).
Franny the Cat – Store Mascot & Real Boss
